Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Alyno! We strive to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we process and ship your orders.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During high-demand periods (festivals, sales, etc.), processing time may extend by 1–2 days.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
Once your order is dispatched, the delivery timeline typically is:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote Locations: 7–10 business days
Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Partners
We work with trusted courier partners such as:
- Delhivery
- BlueDart
- Shiprocket
- Expressbees
Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped.
4. Shipping Charges
- Prepaid orders: ₹0–₹50 (based on cart value & ongoing offers)
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional COD fee may apply
- Free Shipping: Available on certain products or cart values as per ongoing promotions
Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout before payment.
5. Order Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive:
- A tracking link
- Courier partner name
- Tracking ID
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to get activated on the courier portal.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If the address provided is:
- Incorrect
- Incomplete
- Not reachable
Your package may get delayed or returned (RTO).
Re-shipping charges may apply for orders returned due to user error.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
In rare cases:
- If your shipment is delayed, we request you to wait up to 7 additional days.
- If the package is lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability.
We rely on third-party couriers, and hence cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
8. Return-to-Origin (RTO) Shipments
An order may return to us (RTO) if:
- Customer is unreachable
- Address is incorrect
- Delivery attempts fail
- COD is refused
In such cases:
- Prepaid orders: Refund may be provided after deducting shipping charges
- COD orders: Future COD orders may be restricted
9. International Shipping
Currently, Alyno does not offer international shipping. We only ship within India.
