Returns

  • You may initiate a return for most items within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must:
    • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    • Be in its original packaging.
    • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
  • Customized or personalized items.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds Policy

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Please check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card or payment provider — sometimes processing may take time.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need an exchange for the same product, email us at alynostore@gmail.com. Once approved, we will provide instructions for the exchange process.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your order before it has been shipped.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be entertained.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • For valid returns (unused, original packaging), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs — unless the item was defective or incorrect at delivery.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
