When I first got my posture belt, I made a huge mistake. I pulled the straps so tight I could barely breathe! Mujhe laga (I thought) the tighter it is, the faster my posture would fix itself. I was totally wrong.
If you want real results without hurting yourself, here is how I personally use it:
-
Don't Overdo It: You don't need to wear it 24/7. In fact, you shouldn't! I started with just 20 minutes a day. Now, I wear it for about an hour while I’m focused on work.
-
The "Snug" Fit: It should feel like a gentle reminder, not a straightjacket. If your arms are going numb, bhai, it's too tight! Loosen it up.
-
Muscle Memory is Key: The goal is to train your muscles so that eventually, you stand tall even without the belt.
-
Combine with Stretching: I like to do a few "shoulder rolls" after I take the belt off. It feels amazing.
I’ve designed our belt to be super adjustable because I know every body type is different. It’s breathable, so you won’t feel sweaty or uncomfortable
